Each page had its own learnings and impact. Useful docs, links and case studies are shared throughout. There are videos, which also lead on to summaries to cement the points raised into our psyche. I enjoyed the course. I've been recruiting for 15+ years and considered advertising on job boards a necessary evil. I figured that as such, if I can improve my ads and increase the quality of applicants, then why not take the course? It's just a few hours of time to invest, watch some short videos and easy to digest written content plus some downloaded documents for future reference. Plus, I consider it a reasonable price and it gives some good understanding and tips that, hopefully, will help me pick up a few extra, more suited (most importantly) candidates.

While I still have a long way to go before I'm an expert job ad writer, this course lays some great foundations for becoming good at it. It's given me a solid framework to follow and some short, snappy phrases that will make my adverts flow. I also really liked the section that tells you to write all your ideas down first then order them all later.
